Recently, we were happy to welcome Dr. Ren Lu at our atelier. A renowned scientist in the study of colors, especially in natural diamonds, Dr. Lu was instrumental in grading the Wittelsbach-Graff diamond. A former Senior Scientist at the Gemological Institute of America, he is now active at the gem testing center at the University of Geosciences in Wuhan, China.

Many topics had been covered during the visit, ranging from art, culture, the Wittelsbach-Graff diamond, the Hope diamond, and of course the Imperial Flame.
